CDL, Class A Delivery Driver
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our transportation team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered on time and in excellent condition to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Class A combination vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Transport and deliver products to designated locations promptly and safely and walk customers through machinery to ensure safe operation.
- Load and unload products using proper equipment and secure cargo for transportation.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety and report any issues promptly.
- Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring deliveries are made professionally and courteously.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, customers, and fellow employees.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Inspect equipment, both prior and/or after delivery and document any damages or losses. Do so through providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues related to equipment operation.
- Participate in continuous training and development to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
-Ability to work Saturdays during busy season.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
- Knowledge of and compliance with all DOT regulations.
- Strong attention to safety and the ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle physical demands associated with loading and unloading.

Position Overview:
